"This is just to say thanks again for the wonderful food you prepared for last Saturday. Everything worked incredibly well: the soup was a lovely light starter and the home-made bread made it very special. The beef was to die for with wonderful flavour and still nicely pink in the middle. All the pates and salads were delicious and the shortbread and parkin got scoffed with relish after the holly planting in the garden."
